Pre-Admission Orientation is Mandatory for Enrollment: At orientation you will be required to complete a California DHS283B form. To complete this form, you must bring the following items with you: California ID or Drivers License & original Social Security Card. All personal information must match identically.

Orientations:

• Tuesday,      01-19-2010  12:00p - 3:00p RM 33 Zimmerman
• Wednesday, 03-31-2010  12:30p - 2:30p RM 33 Zimmerman

• A sixth grade level of English comprehension is required.
• An English proficiency test will be given at orientation.
• Department of Justice screening, fingerprinting and TB clearance.
• A hepatitis B vaccination is highly recommended.
• A CPR Basic Life Support card will be required before completion of program.
